These Terms govern your use of the PractaPost website at practapost.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About PractaPost

The Site is operated by PractaPost Media, a sole proprietorship registered in Nova Scotia, Canada ("PractaPost Media," "we," "us," or "our"). PractaPost™ is the public-facing brand under which PractaPost Media operates and is a trademark of PractaPost Media.

2. Nature of the Site

The Site is a research and information project. It exists to share information about a planned service for independent allied health practices in Canada and to invite practitioners to participate in research conversations. The Site does not currently sell, license, or deliver software or any other commercial product.

PractaPost™ is a trademark of PractaPost Media. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except for brief excerpts used for non-commercial educational or commentary purposes with appropriate attribution.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as Calendly for scheduling, LinkedIn, and Formspree for form handling). PractaPost Media is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

Booking a research conversation through the Site is voluntary and creates no contract, payment obligation, or commercial relationship of any kind. Conversations are intended as research and education. PractaPost Media may take notes during or after conversations for research purposes; these notes are kept confidential and are not attributed publicly without consent.

Content on the Site is for general information only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, marketing, or other professional advice. If you require professional advice, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
